Role Overview:

As an Associate Dentist with nGenius Pros, you'll be a key part of a thriving dental practice, providing comprehensive oral healthcare to a diverse patient base. You'll work collaboratively with a supportive team, including experienced dentists, hygienists, and support staff, to deliver the highest quality care while also contributing to the practice's financial success.

Responsibilities:

• Patient-Centered Care: Conduct comprehensive examinations, diagnose oral health conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Restorative & Preventive Dentistry: Perform a wide range of dental procedures, including fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, and root canals, while emphasizing preventive care and patient education.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the dental team, including hygienists and assistants, to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Treatment Plan Presentation:  Present treatment options to patients clearly and concisely, outlining the benefits and addressing any concerns or questions.
• Professional Development: Stay current with the latest advancements in dentistry through continuing education and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree: Required
• State Dental License: Active and in good standing.
• Clinical Proficiency:  Demonstrated expertise in various dental procedures.
• Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills:  Ability to build rapport with patients, explain treatment options effectively, and address concerns with empathy.
• Team Player:  Collaborative and supportive, with a positive attitude and a passion for patient care.
