We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Dental Biller to join our partner practices and ensure accurate and timely billing processes.

Role Overview:

As a Dental Biller with nGenius Pros, you'll play a crucial role in the financial health of the dental practice. You'll be responsible for managing patient billing, processing insurance claims, and ensuring accurate and timely payments for dental services.

Responsibilities:

• Patient Records:  Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographics, insurance information, and treatment history.
• Invoicing and Billing:  Prepare and submit invoices for dental services, ensuring accuracy in coding and billing procedures.
• Insurance Claims:  Submit claims to insurance companies, follow up on outstanding claims, and resolve any denials or discrepancies.
• Payment Processing: Process patient payments and insurance reimbursements, posting transactions to patient accounts accurately.
• Collections:  Follow up on outstanding patient balances and implement appropriate collection procedures.
• Customer Service: Communicate effectively with patients, insurance companies, and colleagues to resolve billing inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED: Required
• Experience: Previous experience in dental or medical billing is preferred.
• Dental Knowledge:  Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and insurance codes (CDT) is a plus.
• Attention to Detail:  Meticulous accuracy in data entry and billing calculations.
• Organizational Skills:  Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Communication Skills:  Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with patients, insurance companies, and colleagues.
• Computer Skills:  Proficient in dental practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
