Role Overview:

As a Periodontist with nGenius Pros, you'll be a valued specialist within a thriving dental practice, providing comprehensive periodontal care to patients with gum disease and other related conditions. You'll collaborate with a team of experienced professionals to deliver the highest quality treatment while contributing to the practice's success and reputation.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnosis & Treatment Planning:  Conduct thorough examinations, diagnose periodontal diseases and conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Non-Surgical & Surgical Treatments:  Perform a wide range of periodontal procedures, including scaling and root planing, gum grafting, bone grafting, guided tissue regeneration, and dental implant placement.
• Patient Education:  Educate patients on the causes, prevention, and treatment of periodontal disease, emphasizing the importance of oral hygiene and regular dental visits.
• Collaboration: Work closely with referring dentists, hygienists, and other specialists to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Continuing Education:  Stay abreast of the latest advancements in periodontics through professional development and continuing education.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree: Required
• Completion of an Accredited Periodontics Residency Program: Required
• State Dental License: Active and in good standing.
• Board Certification: Board certified or board eligible by the American Board of Periodontology (ABP).
• Clinical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in various periodontal procedures, both surgical and non-surgical.
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with patients, explain complex procedures clearly, and address concerns with empathy.
